As General Manager for Ray White IMS's National Property Management & Residential Sales, Leanne is the first point of contact for clients when they have purchased a property, or when they are considering selling.

With over 20 years experience in customer service management & Real Estate in Sydney and Brisbane, Ray White IMS is fortunate to have secured someone of Leanne’s calibre to head up the National Operation. 

Leanne’s energy and enthusiasm for the Real Estate industry is infectious. Clients immediately feel at ease knowing she is available to them throughout the duration of their time with Ray White IMS. This has certainly has been a hallmark of Leannes success and the reason why so many clients have personally recommended Leanne and her team.

Having the dual responsibility of maintaining a personal relationship with the clients, as well overseeing both the property management & sales teams, ensures Leanne is able to keep her finger on the pulse of every single property that Ray White IMS manages or sells.

Leanne thrives on helping clients better understand the Real Estate process, whether it‘s a first time investment, first time selling or an addition to their property portfolio, and is the reason why she has been the recipient of numerous performance and customer service awards and been recognised several times by Ray White head office and Brian White personally.

Clear communication and consistent service is important to Leanne and she understands the value of this for all of her clients, especially for our interstate and overseas landlords and first-time investors who are new to the world of property management. 

Conducting regular internal training sessions and inviting guest speakers, as well as attending industry seminars with her team not only helps to keep them at the top of their game and up to date with current legislation and best practices, but also excited about being a part of the Ray White IMS team.
